Return
You can return your order within 14 days via DHL or PostNL by following the steps below:

1. Package the items in the provided original packaging; it is not necessary for the item to be in its original packaging. Place the items in the original box or envelope. If you no longer have the original box or envelope, an alternative will suffice. It is possible to return multiple orders in one package.

2. Fill out the return form here and add it to the return shipment.

3. Attach the return label to the outside of the box/envelope and ensure that the delivery return label is no longer visible. Click here if you no longer have a return label or return form.

4. Take the return shipment to a DHL or PostNL service point.

5. Keep the track & trace code you received as proof of your return shipment.

We do our best to refund the purchase amount as quickly as possible. Once we have received your package, we will process your return within 14 days.

Please note that a return fee of €6.95 will be deducted from the amount we refund. If your order was delivered in multiple packages, you can return them separately. Return costs are charged per order, not per package. Click here for more information.

When returning entire orders, the original shipping costs are automatically refunded. The return costs will still be deducted from the refund.
